Never had to ship a box before, so wasn't sure what to do, thought I would find help at a post office, nope. Older guy acted like I was stupid for not knowing what I had needed to do.

Worst service! The older guy with glasses was so rude and threw our paperwork at us because we missed something needed for a passport apt! Not to mention him playing on his phone while we are standing right in front on his counter waiting to be helped!
