The old gentlemen denied to process my passport application because I am not a resident of Illinois plus I didn’t like the attitude and the lack of professionalism.
I called usps and they said: you can apply for a passport from any state, even if you are not a resident!
I am very disappointed because I am an OTR truck driver and it will take me another to schedule an apt again.

Worst service! The older guy with glasses was so rude and threw our paperwork at us because we missed something needed for a passport apt! Not to mention him playing on his phone while we are standing right in front on his counter waiting to be helped!

Really bad experience expedite my passport from this place and 3 weeks later they sent me a letter on the mail saying how we didn’t sign any papers when we did sign the papers so the next day we go in and tell them and they give us really bad attitude and the lady tells us “you need to make an appointment”so the next day we made the appointment and then the day of the appointment we show up and they say how it has been canceled.but luckily the post office in Rockford had walk ins and not just cancel appointments and the lady over there gave me a free picture no charge because of the things that happened here.dont go to this place

Extremely rude, wouldn’t even answer my questions, and even hanged up on me would avoid this post office ! If you need help or anything, go somewhere else, they do not like to do their job or even answer the phone.

Horrific Federal business!!! They didn’t display poster seven, they are rude, they violated first amendment rights and trespassed from PUBLIC property!!
