Cruz provided top-notch, friendly, and professional service when we came in to replace a broken phone and update a plan that had things that we do not use. It was obvious that he cared a lot about his customers and their experience with Verizon and Cellular Sales. I definitely recommend Cruz Marquis for your phone (and 5g home internet) needs! My elderly mother went to the Belvidere location because she was having problems with her phone. The sales guy there, named Tanner she thinks "helped" her. He added 3 new lines to her account, one for a new phone, one for a hot spot that he told her she had to have because it comes with it, and one for a "free" watch she also was convinced she needed to take, because it's free. She had no idea what he did, she just went with it because he said he can help her and take care of her issues. She was definitely taken advantage of and now has several lines to pay for and a phone, hot spot, and watch she doesn't use! There are laws against taking advantage of elderly people, and we will definitely get to the bottom of it! I'm so upset beyond words about what happened to her there. She is a very sweet vulnerable old lady who believes everyone is good. She believed he was actually helping her.

Terrible experience, been a customer for 18 years and they still gave me the run around and a trade in for weeks before telling me I actually need to call Verizon and deal with it myself

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vanessa. We had a few issues and a lot of questions. She took her time breaking everything down for us and making sure we had a pleasant experience. She isn’t normally from this store, she just so happen to be filling in. I wish she could be at this location more often to continue giving her excellent customer service. Thank you so much Vanessa!

I had a great experience at Verizon Belvidere replacing my trashed iPhone. Cruz Marquis was friendly and professional and took the time necessary to retrieve as much of the info from my old phone as possible.

My favorite store!! I drive 35 minutes just to do all of my phone and tablet business with this store. In particular I only work with Alfonzo Veneziano. Hands down the easiest, friendliest, knowledgeable and most easy going guy! He takes the time to review the best options for me and my family! Makes this daunting task quick and super easy!

I decided to switch cell phone service over to Verizon and what a great experience thanks to the representative. I had a pleasure doing business with Josh. He was so patient with me throughout the process. I could tell instantly that he loves his job. He took the time to go over all my questions and had the patience to answer each one of them in detail. He was successful at setting up my service and phones. Great job Josh. What an asset you are to this company!
