Very knowledgeable technician. I live in an old house in the city with unconventional wiring and the technician was able to determine how the thermostat would need to wired without routing new wiring. Highly recommended.

Over the past 4 years we replaced both furnace and air conditioner. Lou has been very responsive and honest. We had other quotes and felt he was the most trustworthy. This was very important.
