ATMs in Bensenville, IL

“I am a very tough banking customer... That bears repeating; with 3 kids, heavy credit usage, mortgages and many cars; I can be a very difficult customer to satisfy.... Ironically, this is not my "base" chase bank; but it is the Chase bank that I "prefer" to do all my business at! If you are like me, and need to depend on "people" rather than "a bank"; I highly recommend this branch to do all your "in-person" banking! That was not a "dig" on Chase banks, I like most every Chase bank branch (except the chase branch in Skokie on Dempster & Keeler; that branch is a nightmare! Keeler is the only Chase banking branch that strives to say; "No!" and feels pride in having power over their customers!), What's different about this Bensenville branch? The tellers/cashiers: They smile... They are polite.... And after a few weeks of banking with them, they are even friendlier and remember all the little nuances about how I prefer to deposit, withdraw and even the denomination of bills I prefer! They are people, not bureaucrats! The karma at this branch is "We strive to say; "Yes!" The best example would be that, , if I need to do something that may be "an exception" or "beyond a teller's scope", the employees there will say something like; "I can't do that, but can you hold on a minute so I can talk to the manager..." In other words, all the employees here are "proactive!" and positive! Kudos to Mario (The manager at this branch), Ann (assistant manger) and Venesia (She's always the center teller) for growing this pro-customer environment in a small little branch in Bensenville, IL =)”
