“I came in to get interior of the car detailed as a birthday present to my mom. Before the visit I called and spoke to Joe (the owner) on the phone. Joe was very friendly and respectful, explained all of the options and pricing. The team did a great job on the car, it looks brand new, despite being a 2017 model that has never been detailed before. When we came in Joe and his team had just gotten pizza for dinner (it was almost closing time) and they offered us some. Definitely a friendly vibe, we had a nice conversation. Joe showed us the car, made sure that we were completely satisfied before we checked out. My mom was VERY happy with the car, it was exactly what she wanted. Thanks Joe, we will be back! P.S. I forgot to take pictures right away, so we have already used the car a bit. It was actually even cleaner then these pictures show.”
“Very professional atmosphere and I do not feel like I got ripped off. Most places were near $2000 for what they did. And I have been back to get detail and they fixed my side window for free. “I have never seen a wax job better that T.I. I did the silver package on our old Lexus and it looks better than it did off the factory floor. The shine is so intense you could use the hood as a mirror. I didn’t know it was possible to restore an old paint job so beautifully.
Also an incredible job on ceramic window tints!!!”

“I came to this car wash for their highest-level full-service cleaning. They did a great job, but I later noticed a few small misses. Instead of leaving a bad review, I reached out to them, and the next day the owner called me personally. He was very friendly and told me to bring the car back so they could make it right.
This is the kind of small business you want to support. They truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. They also use Blair ceramics and soft cloths that don’t leave the scratches you often get at big-name car washes.

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“After 21 years of Chicago parking my 2003 Jaguar was showing a few battle scars. I stopped by Superior Collision and met Dave and Sky. They were terrific. We agreed on a very fair price and in 2 days, my Jag looked like new.
They whipped up their own touch up paint and repaired all the dings and even deep scratches. I think they buffed out the entire car. I got more than I paid for.
This was my second visit to Superior Collision. They are my go to place for body repairs.”

“I just wanted to share my experience with Sudz car wash. I’ve had a membership with them for almost 6 months washes have been great and even when equipment failed they were ready and willing to detail my car by hand. Today I went in to change my membership due to selling my other SUV and Mohammed was very helpful in transferring my membership over to new car. I mentioned I may need 2 washes due to being very dirty he said don’t worry pull around and we’ll take care of it. He definitely did!!! “STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I am not sure what the recent posts are about but I can tell that I am EXTREMELY PICKY about my car and I brought it here and I am TOTALLY SATISFIED. Background-I was an idiot and had a bucket of water in my passenger front seat and took a u-turn too hard which spilled out 3/4ths of the bucket into the carpet in my brand new car. Yikes! I did bring it to another detailer to have the situation handled but after about 3 months, I could smell that funky, musty smell. Seriously? Enter DETAIL KINGS. I booked an appt and spoke with David who was very understanding and seemed interestered in helping me. I decided to trust them and it was a GREAT decision. No smell and my car looked great. However the restoration company as good as they were on doing the restoration was not so good in installing the new radio.
One call to Tint World, (after calling around to several other car stereo places) spoke to Marshall and he was the first one over the phone that tried to determine the problem rather than simply sell me another entire radio system. Told me to bring it in and he would do a full evaluation before doing anything else.
l was extremely impressed with Marshall's professionalism, the sense that he truly was trying to diagnose the problem and willingness to help me.
By the way, while I was in the store, I saw that the general manager of the local Audi dealership was there bring Marshall his car to work on. That says something as to the quality of the work.

We couldn't be happier with Vic and his work. When I explained to Vic about the smoking, he recommended including the "odor bomb" service -- something that none of the other shops mentioned. Vic was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions, and he accommodated some last minute requests, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail is superb and well worth the money. I appreciate that he charges based on the service, not the time, so you know the price up front. His prices are very fair, he does not nickel and dime you. He also gave us good recommendations for maintaining the car to get the most out of the detailing. My husband LOVES how it turned out.”
