The. Honestly, this service is bad, it is never open no matter what time of day it arrives. There is always the announcement that returns in 30 minutes, it would be appreciated if you changed the staff because they are useless

Today was a rough day, my phone updated itself today and you know how it goes sometimes the old settings are no longer available or won't let you change back to what you're used to so I had a big problem with the new update it, for a lack of better terms it was #@!?*#@* up and wouldn't let me access the internet. The young man that was there today was not only very professional, courteous, and respectful he made sure my phone was fixed and running properly & he even help me with a ringtone issue. So thank you very much EDWIN RIOS for helping me out with this problem boost is lucky to have you as an employee.

Customer service is amazing! We took my father-in-law in to get a new phone. They were very helpful and handled everything for him. We would highly recommend them!

Elizabeth's (@ Bensenville Boost) knowledge of phones, Boost procedures, operating systems, professionalism, and courteous service was a outstanding 10 + !Been having Boost carrier issues for 2 weeks and she was able to truthfully answer my questions and help resolve my problems.Wish more Boost employees had her professionalism, integrity and knowledge!

I brought in my receipt for a charger that I bought and I was given the wrong charger I went back with the receipt to get my money back and the lady told me that she couldn't give me my money back because it was past the 30-day limit I told her what am I going to do with this charger I have no use for it I got ripped off

They have lied to me and ripped me off on several occasions. They cannot be trusted at all. They would promise me a deal on the phone but then change it completely when I come in. They're also very incompetent taking several hours to a activate one phone. They are far and away the most crooked carriers I have ever done business with. STAY AWAY!!!

Went in to buy a new phone and had the best customer service experience ! Jennifer was very nice and helpful the entire time I was there and she was able to help me pick out my new phone . Can’t beat the prices and the customer service they give ! Would definitely recommend !
