The dude that works there is a really good worker he’s chill and shi he should get a raise but the female worker treated us like thugs, she called me a monkey due to my skin color. She locked us in the gas station until we payed although we did not want to pay. The only reason i am giving this a 5 star is because the guy that works there is really kind and humble to help us find stuff.

Small BP with about 10 pumps. It's very tiny, and perhaps that's the reason that it seems like so many of the customers here are jerks. Cutting people off, pulling in front of others... not sure what it is that attracts this type of clientele.It's one of the cheapest in the area. Interestingly, at least the day I was here, the non-cash price was only a penny more than the cash price, which is unusual; usually it's at a least a dime more. The place has the fancy, all-digital pumps. Obviously not a place to go out of your way to get to, but keep an eye out for the cheap gas.

I went 2 times and each time the cashier workers were extremely rude. The first time it was a lady and I ask her if I could pay with my link card. She instantly got annoyed and left to the other cash register and when she got there she yelled at me like if I was supposed to know. And the second time it was a man. I paid for my drinks and he threw the receipt on the table like he was annoyed .He didn't bother handing it to me. Definitely not going there anymore.

Stopped at this gas station on my way to the airport to top off my rental. The guy at the register informed me that my card did not go through. In my rush to get going I provided my 2nd debit card. I made it to the airport and got text notifications from both cards showing the 20 gas purchase. I called back and the guy stated he saw on transaction on the card he told me declined. This place is manned by scam artists. They catch folks going to the airport and steal from them. Please do not go here. They are using the BP Name to steal money from hard working people. AGAIN I WARN YOU THE WORKERS ARE SCAM ARTIST PRAYING ON TRAVLERS. DO NOT STOP HERE

Stopped at this gas station (BP, 157 S York Rd, Bensenville, IL 60106) on my way to the airport to top off my rental. The guy at the register informed me that my card did not go through. The lady inside working to is extremely rude. After I made my purchase of snacks and gas, I asked if I could use the bathroom. She was on the phone and she acted upset. I guess I interrupted her phone call. I didn't even get the total because of her phone call. I asked her if I needed a key. She said no with attitude. When I went outside it was locked, so I waited a couple minutes thinking someone was using it. I went back inside and told her it was locked. She got mad and said "yes its locked because you didn't tell me nothing!!!"
I asked her, what do you mean I didn't tell you nothing? She said that she has to unlock it for customers. I reminded her that I asked to use it and if I needed a key. She told me that I didn't say I was going to use it. I have no idea why she was mad at me. If I talked to one of my customers like that I would be fired for it. There is no excuse for her to speak to me like that. I hope at the very least someone talks to her about this. Today is 10-15-18 around 10:40am.

Stopped by for gas and the tanks are empty. The woman (Lupe) behind the counter was rude, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable about why none of the pumps were working. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a gas station. I will never return and would recommend you not spend your money there.
