This dealer does not inspect or service vehicles prior to sale even though they will tell you they did. Tires were worn and mismatched, oil was dirty, air filter was nasty. Their description of the vehicle was not accurate, tried to add additional fees after negotiation of price. If you choose to do business with this dealer be very careful, take the car you're interested in and have it inspected by a mechanic and watch out for hidden fees.

Edgar was really cool and helped a lot with my purchase. Didn’t waste our time and was straight to the point. Also did a great job cleaning and waxing the car. Definitely recommend him!

Pay attention to the 1 star reviews. The 5 star reviews are generous in their non-specific praise and are all posted within days of each other - most likely fake. I contacted this dealer about buying a car and was texted the figures for an out the door price. When I spoke to them the next day the price had increased a thousand dollars. I was told by the salesperson I was working with the they made a mistake when posting the price. This seemed unlikely as the price the dealers own website, as well as cars, autotrader, car gurus, etc. all showed the original price I was quoted. When I mentioned that this seemed like the bait and switch other reviewers had spoke of, the manager Jason said that they had actually done a bunch of work to the car - on Friday evening - which was the cause for the price increase. But the price on their website and all others hadn't changed, confusingly. Also, this contradicted the original salespersons explanation. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership.

I had an awesome experience at Chicago Auto Place. I felt out of place when I walked in but that ended very quickly. I’ve never been to a dealership where they actually care about you, what you want, and not just selling you a car. Robert was my salesman and he was genuine throughout the process- from communication to the details of the car. Finance was great and very informative as well. Well taken care of from beginning to end, and will definitely recommend family/friends, with no hesitation!!!
