I reserved a van a month in advance by calling their office and paid a $200 deposit. Two weeks later—still two weeks before the scheduled pickup—I called to cancel the reservation, as I no longer needed the van. On both occasions, I spoke to the same person, who never provided his name.
To my surprise, he refused to refund the deposit, citing a fine-print policy that states deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of booking. Needless to say, this policy was never mentioned when I made the reservation.
On a positive note, they were responsive—answering calls promptly and offering multiple options.
I’ve initiated a credit card dispute. Wish me luck!

My husband rented a van for the weekend from the Berwyn location and the service was great as well as the entire experience! We will definitely be renting from them again!

I had a fantastic experience renting a 12-seater Mercedes Sprinter from Chicago Van Rental for a trip to the Smoky Mountains. It was easy to find the price online. Booking process was smooth, and the van was in excellent condition, making our long journey comfortable and enjoyable. Van was in a very good condition with reclining seats, plenty of luggage room and a TV with Xbox. Price was one of the best. They have plenty of vans to suit any needs. I highly recommend their service.

Jesus was a great help! Needed a 15 passenger van last minute due to a mix up. He made it quick and easy. The van was clean, new, comfortable, and the space was perfect for our Florida trip. Returning the van was just as easy. Highly recommend.
