Door 630 is around the building. Only one entrance with same way to exit. You check in using a computer next to driver check in door which will prompt you to pick your own dock door. Dock #3 is closest and more accessible than the higher numbers. Yes it is tight maneuver, but just take your time. Once you back into a dock , you come back inside and wait to be called to go stand by your trailer and watch them load it. Very hot and little ventilation in warehouse but it was quick loading. NO RESTROOMS so a place never gets high rating from me when they do not provide basic necessity like this. They do offer vending machine tho for a drink

Geanto's is our go-to trucking company around the Chicago area, especially for ORD pick up and drop off. Their service is ALWAYS fast, reliable and courteous. They ALWAYS answer your calls and emails quickly, DAY and NIGHT. All their staff are friendly and helpful. As a freight forwarder I deal with trucking companies nationwide. Yet I have NEVER found anyone as good as Geanto's.

All I have to say is the dock workers are amazing, but Jane, June whatever her name is in the front office (the older woman) she really needs to adjust her attitude and be more professional. Please help her get the customer service skills she needs. I know we are just drivers to you, but at least act polite. Explain yourself better when a driver doesn’t understand or follow what you’re trying to explain. This way you make things go smoother and don’t reflect poorly on yourself or your company.

As a driver come here only if you have to. Smallest yard ever. You have to climb a wall with your front wheels in order to swing it right. I don’t know how’s it even legal. And you have to stay and watch your trailer being loaded, instead resting for coming ride. No restroom for the drivers either. Extremly Rude person with purple hair at the check in too.

I have worked here for a while. They are truly amazing to work for. They treat drivers with respect and curiosity. They are professionals. The dispatch team does an amazing job. Maintenance does a great job keeping up with any maintenance issues. The dock team is great and works well in a face paced environment. The drivers get along and work well together. The office staff and leadership are great. They are very fair people. They treat the staff incredibly well. Everyone here works hard for the betterment of the whole team.Geantos is a great place to work. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to work.

Great group of employees.Arrived early to puck up load , they helped me sort out the mess I had in paper work and got me loaded and out the door 12 hours ahead of schedule and that made my whole week go really well.Awesome people !
