It was my 1st time here and a great decision! The staff is super friendly, and techs are amazing! The owner, Rey, is very hands-on, very knowledgeable, and super professional. The Tech was Travolta and he is the best! My visit was quick and they let me know what else I needed to stay on top of the maintenance for my truck. This is my new go-to shop for my car/truck needs. Took my car here by recommendation after I had taken my truck to 2 different shops they kept my car for 2 months and couldn’t figure out the issue… I took it to GTO in Bensenville they kept my truck for about a week as they were extremely busy, after Rey called me gave me the diagnosis gave me total cost asked me did I want to proceed with repair I right away said yes as the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this shop!

Great shop and very professional. I got a flat tire on Sunday and they were open til 2pm. They took my car right away and I was done within 15 mins.. Highly recommend them..

Didn’t end up getting work done here but still the owner was very professional and respectful, even helped jump my car and line it up for the tow truck to take it away, didn’t even charge me a storage fee even though I left it there for a bit longer then they allow. Overall I feel this shop would have taken amazing car of my vehicle if I HAD gotten the work done, being professional and courteous goes a long way.

Took my car in to be looked at recently and Ray, Omar and another gentleman I didn’t get his name took their time to look at it and figured out the issue. Ray and his staff are genuinely honest people and knowledgeable on the work they do. I was able to get my vehicle fixed fast and my car is running great. Great prices and customer service was wonderful. I will definitely be using this shop in the future for any car problems I may have. Would highly recommend this shop.
