I have only dealt with Crystal but it appears the whole team extremely kind, passionate and helpful. Crystal is painless giving shots.

Completely agree with the previous two comments, but unfortunately, looks like Crystal is not working here anymore and I haven't seen Ray either lately. So, I'm not happy. Does anybody know why and where Crystal is now might be working?

Crystal, Ray, Katie & the rest of the pharmacy staff go above and beyond for their clients. The fact that they get to know us personally, and bend over backwards to get us our meds filled, going the extra mile to try to keep the meds in stock, or find them from suppliers when need be, are just some of the reasons why I've been coming to this pharmacy for the last 5+ years. Their personal touch is what makes this pharmacy at Jewel-Osco in Bensenville my 1 & only place I fill my prescriptions. Walgreens may be closer, but Jewel pharmacy is worth the little extra drive because of how they treat all of their clients.

Crystal and Evelyn saved the day after traveling to multiple pharmacies (ALL over Chicagoland) to fill my sons prescription. Not only does Crystal have customer service down on the phone, but also in person. Together they worked as a team to confirm stock, insurance coverage, and get me on my way. Can not say thank you enough!!!! They truly showed what teamwork looks like while not only helping me , but also everyone else and never broke a smile.

Friendly and helpful staff very clean store. The staff here is very helpful hard workers working all different crazy hours. Very big and clean store always see staff cleaning.

I am retired. I have mobility issues and arthritis. The motorized cart situation at this Jewel is getting worse. My husband and I rarely shop on weekends but had been out of town so we went on 8/7 about 12:30. Every motorized cart was blinking orange. 3 kids were bringing in carts from the parking lot, but no one was checking to see that the motorized carts were being charged. We left. Went today, again about 12:30. 2 carts weren’t working. Alas, the next one was lighted green, so I started shopping. About half way through my order, it would no longer move forward, yet the light was still green. My husband went for a push cart and we transferred everything to it and while I was waiting for him the light went red and it started beeping. We ended our shopping trip then. Our experience has been that unless you get there before 11, getting a reliable motorized cart is iffy. Earlier visits are a challenge for us. I only have reason to deal with the checkout people, and they are generally nice. Unfortunately they often don’t have baggers. My husband goes for the car once everything in on the conveyor belt. When there is no bagger, the cashier hands the bags to you as the are filled. Again, a challenge when one has arthritis. This is not a store that makes the elderly or informed welcome.

several times now sale items have been marked wrong or the cashiers do not know what the sales are and i have had to argue with them. today the cashier even walked out on me in the middle of the transaction. right out the front door. is this what they are teaching their employees now. i hope she quit because i was about to all the manager and get her fired anyways.

Opened a new container of Lucerne 1/2 and 1/2 this morning to add to my coffee. I noticed that the container was a bit swollen but added to my morning coffee anyway. Curdled!!!! Lumps of spoiled 1/2 and 1/2! Poured down the drain. Looked at the date and lot number: May 01 18 05:37 J 36-3417 meaning last date it should be sold is 11 days away so it was fresh but not stored properly by the store. Also, I buy Bakery on Main Fiber Power Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin GRANOLA
