When only simply confirming the price of the vehicle Mike stated that I needed to “calm down” and that I was going to “give him a heart attack over the phone”. He said that I was way too anxious and that it was “just a car”. We had only been speaking on the phone for about three minutes at this time. So so so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can’t imagine how the actual negotiating process would’ve gone. I have never had someone disrespect me like that. If I’m taking a loan out for almost $20,000 of course I am going to want to know where exactly my money is going. So rude.

Great experience! Test drove different Chevy Trax models. Purchase was streamlined, I didn't have to sit and waste my day with logistics. Smooth dealing with them :) 😉😄

BUYER BEWARE!!!
About as sketchy of a place you can buy a car from. Once you buy the car good luck handling any issues that car will give you (it's going to give you issues). Mike is impossible to communicate with and speaks to people like they are stupid. His incompetent technician screwed up my AC by using the wrong product, to which Mike vehemently denied, even though his company was the only one who worked on my AC. I would suggest avoiding unless you handle car issues well.
**update**. The AC was completely contaminated by mikes staff causing the car to need a complete AC replacement. Mike has refused to take any ownership of the situation.

I bought a car from Mike and I have zero complaints. He gave me a good deal and the process was very easy and fast. He is an honest guy and it was much better than going to a big dealership

I have bought a car at Mike's Auto Forum early June. Very good experience, great car value, quality and price, trustworthy. It's a family business, not a huge company, which offers more flexibility and better interactions. Call them directly if you need anything. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The owner and his wife are the best! I wasn't sure where to go to get a new car but all of the cars I was interested in were located at Mike's Auto Forum and they weren't too far from me. Mike was very helpful and accommodating, I was able to test drive all the cars I was interested in. I love that they have a 2 week return policy and an automatic warranty in place. So much cheaper to go through them and much more personal. I bought my car about a month ago and I am still in love!! His son is the technician and he is also a pleasure to work with!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. I was able to pay cash for my car but I have heard Ivanka is a master at getting funding!! I will be getting my next car here but I hope it's not for a long time.

A very uneducated, foul-mouthed, and dishonest man. Do not buy anything from him. You will encounter problems in the future, and he will not solve them. He doesn't answer the phone and refuses to pay his debts. Calling himself a manager is a joke; he clearly doesn't know how to run a business. Shame on you. I do not recommend doing business with him to anyone.

Mike went out of his way to find us the vehicle to match our wish list. It had to be transported from out of state and needed some body repair which was done seamlessly. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle and all our dealings with him.
Our 2nd car will need replacing in a few years and we'll definitely go back to him.

BEWARE !!!!!
My wife and I was looking for a Tesla Model 3 Mike was selling but not ready yet and he needs to fix it it up . For good faith we gave $200 cash for Mike to let us see it first and he promised that he will give the $200 back if we don’t like it after it is finished. We had an emergency and we had to go out of town when Mike called us and asked if we can put more money for deposit for the car because someone was interested in buying it already and we said we need to see it first but if the person is ready to buy it that he may sell it. So he sold the car. He made us come back and forth to the store for about a month and promised he will write a check and never did. I finally stopped by today and he still said to wait . I asked if he doesn’t want to return the $200 just say so because we are waisting valuable time and he finally said NO . This guy MIKe has NO WORD OF HONOR. We are really considering buying a Tesla from him but we’re glad that we only lost $200. BEWARE IT IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT !

Went to Mike’s auto forum Test drove a Chevy Trax. My daughter drove it and loved it. It was a good deal Mike was easy to deal with. He has a good warranty. my granddaughter had purchased a car a year ago from him so this is number two. I just recommended a friend and he’s going for his daughter

I would recommend mikes auto forum car sales Mike was very accommodating Great vehicles and was very good to my daughter who bought her Trax from him she loves her car ! Also being given a warranty is so incredible if you’re looking for a Great vehicle go see Mike you won’t be sorry!
