Justen did an excellent job! From the second we walked in the store he greeted us right away. He was attentive and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with everything along the buying process. His upbeat and engaged personality was a plus. I highly recommend Roesch Ford, Ray and Sam were also great to deal with!! I will def refer friends and family to them!! Even tho this dealership was an hour away I would drive back there again to buy.

I would not use this dealership for service. They performed services that were supposed to covered in my warranty. The whole time I spoke with the service person, they never stated I would charges. I signed a quote for $0 charge that they “couldn’t find” but then they turned around and stuck me with the bill. No manager has called me regarding my complaint or to remedy the issue. Poor business and I am a long term customer. But no more!

I bought my truck at another dealership, but after coming here for a simple oil change, I keep coming back. Actually my wife brings her Explorer here too. One time I was getting coffee in the lobby and talking to a guy while waiting for it to brew. After 15 minutes of talking cars and F-150's, I find out he's the service manager, Steve I think. Just nice people. We will keep going back. And by the way, the only way I'll get rid of my F150, is for another F150.

We had the BEST experience buying our Bronco. Nick and Sam were so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions along with showing us thoroughly on the vehicle. The pricing was great and the whole process was seamless!

A complete lack of transparency with dealer discount makes it impossible to understand actual pricing. Overall, a poor new car sales experience based with untrustworthy website listing.

Wonderful experience! I was very undecided on what I wanted. We initially went in to buy a small truck. When our salesman, Ozzie, took us on a test drive, he could tell the vehicle was not for me and began showing us more options. Not once did he pressure us to go out of our price range. He showed us vehicles that fit my comfort level. It was a long process that started late afternoon and went into the night. Not once did he seem impatient. The entire office was so friendld, kind and funny. When we finally made our decision Ozzie and the finance department discussed our options and addressed our concerns.
Overall, this was truly a great and exciting experience!
Also…the freshly baked cookies and recipe card we received a week later was a nice personal touch!!!
