i came into the ups store in bensenville recently with some amazon returns and wasn’t fully sure what to do. amazon usually lets me choose an option that gives me a qr code, but this time i learned from a young man named carlos that amazon had given me a shipping label instead and instructed me through the process.

I live in Bensenville..sent a package to my daughter in Tennessee. I got an email not able to deliver..no such address. I had put 933 and should have been 943. I called the Bensenville UPS.to see what I could do. They were absolutely amazing! Santiago went above and beyond..even contacting corp. headquarters to try to correct the address. He succeeded..was delivered the next day!! Thank you Santiago...and Jimmy for all you did...was greatly appreciated!

Not all UPS stores are the same! The customer service at this spot is always efficient and the manager, Jimmy knows how to pick and train a good group of people. They do a lot more than shipping at this location including specialty packing, distribution help, returns for some providers, recycling, print, signs, and even help sell items.
Stop in and say hello, you won't regret it.

If you're selling on ebay be aware that you will be charged extra from this location for them to take mistreatments and to weigh a package a label even though its a UPS label also the owner is extremely rude and very condescending. last time I will be using this location.

Jimmy, the store manager, is efficient and truly a perfectionist in everything he does. His whole team is knowledgeable, polite, and always on point. Jovana, Jimmy’s right hand, follows his example and always provides me with the best service. She’s extremely patient, helpful, and professional — even on my bad days when I have a lot going on. All my packages are handled quickly and with great care, and Jimmy always makes sure of that. I struggle with anxiety, and they give me the reassurance I need every time I come in. The experience at this store is genuinely different from any other UPS location I’ve been to. They consistently go above and beyond, and I truly appreciate how hard they all work as a team.

The Manager of the store strives for customer satisfaction. I’ve been coming to this location for over 3 years. I am absolutely amazed how well the store is managed. Every clerk is trained very well; they explain everything to the customer! If there is an issue with anything they work as a team to resolve the issue. I’m at this store on a regular basis to drop off return items, I have never been disappointed with the customer service! Everyone is respectful, polite and do an outstanding job!

Not good what they did charging over $7 to tape the box even if i asked her i will buy one from them cost around $5 but she said i will tape the box after that she charge me over $7 , she wasn’t honest and that kind of scam

If you need items shipped to an alternative address from Amazon as your passing through, this place is the place, for $20, you can pick up your package here. Im unsure of other prices as I did not see any prices posted for package pickup.
