Thorntons is a busy, clean, and generally nice place with impressive quality. It is a large station that many people, including regulars, frequent, especially during the morning rush. However, some recurring issues are noted by guests. Several card readers at the gas pumps are faulty, locking or failing to read cards. Inside, the line can be long in the morning, leading to a suggestion for self-checkout express services. Some cashiers require more training in customer service, as they sometimes do not greet customers properly, talk amongst themselves while helping people, and can be impolite. Additionally, the men's restroom needs more stalls, as there is often a wait during busy times. There is also disappointment that items for preparing coffee, like cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, and certain milk, are frequently out of stock.
Decent place most of the time even though the bathrooms are not clean and the skins at least in the men's room always need to be cleaned but can we at least fix this machine for the people that want a decaf coffee thanks

Need to fix some of your card readers at the gas pumps, like 4 of them. They lock the card when you insert it but doesn't read it, or don't read the card at all like you never inserted the card
