Decent place most of the time even though the bathrooms are not clean and the skins at least in the men's room always need to be cleaned but can we at least fix this machine for the people that want a decaf coffee thanks

Tried putting air in my tire. The machine ate $3 in quarters and didn't work. Then I used my card and the machine flashed $1, but when I checked my bank I actually got charged another $3. Didn't last long enough to actually fill my tire. So $6 wasted. Then I could not use my card at the pump because their machine was broken so I had to go inside and pay. Such a waste of time and money and when I told them what had happened nobody cared or bothered to even apologize let alone do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Plenty of other gas stations around.

This place is a hole you got some lazy people not working, pretending like they are doing shit standing around with dirty bathrooms ,coffee area, floors ,coolers, drink area and employees yelling cussing and acting like fools!!! I guess, given the location, it's expected, tho never again. Will I visit this location . Truckers beware. It's not good, and the 2 things behind the counter are rude as hell again to be expected given the area.

Morning cashiers are so rude especially the older white women. More concerned about doing her lotto then helping a customer out .Bathroom is really dirty and if you want hot food?! good luck with that ! Food looks like it has sat there for hours .

2 hour parking limit on parking. They slayed apologize for a bad experience but never fix anything clearly. Definitely makes money from tickets

I was in pain walking in. Almost ran out of E85, After tryng two other thortons that didnt have my gas. The blonde hair older lady working tonight was very rude to me. Gave me attitude over if i wanted a bag and i jus wanted to type my rewards number in, so i get them. Will not be coming back.

So I’m completely unsure if the guy was management or a regular employee, but I believe, someone took my information off my card & used it at a 7eleven, these employees can’t e trusted, but their running the video at the location & will find out who did it.

Stupid incompetent cashier. Got 2 slices of overpriced pizza hard as a rock for $4 ea. asked her to make fresh pizza she said she couldn’t and then wanted to know each kind I had when they’re all the same price. She then told me I had to remove the 2nd piece from the box and put it in a seperate box. 🙄 just let me pay i don’t care. Maybe hire people that aren’t completely stupid.

Need to fix some of your card readers at the gas pumps, like 4 of them. They lock the card when you insert it but doesn't read it, or don't read the card at all like you never inserted the card

I would have gaven it 5 stars but the cashier's need training in customer service they usually don't greet especially Dawn she goes uh huh ...what does that mean? last time she said what do you want like wth Im not delighted to see her when I come in and they talk amongst each other while taking care of the customers like really any who all they have to say is hello and people are well pleased with it ...
