Poor customer service from a middle aged Hispanic male employee with glasses. He was visibly annoyed I had questions about a USPS letter I received. No wonder it has low reviews.

I hate this post office. Anytime I have any package being delivered through USPS it says it was delivered but no package was dropped off here. I strongly believe someone who works at the post office is stealing packages. I have submitted a service request claim and currently waiting for this to be investigated and resolved.

My package has been sitting here for 8 almost 9 days now.. I’ve called and left an email and still nothing.
