I'm a Fabricator in Chicago. I deal with Brandon the Territory Sales Managers. He gets my orders right and ready for delivery all the time. The ladies on the phone are very helpful as well.

My review below was from 5 years ago. Since that time a cloudiness has formed over the stone. I can't get anyone at vicostone locally or nationally to come out. All I get is contact the fabricator, who is no longer around. For a little bit I was conversing with someone from the marketing dept. in Dallas. They have gone radio silent. They don't want to deal with any issues with their product and do not stand by it. There's supposedly a lifetime warranty. I'd be very careful if you purchase this material, good luck trying to find someone to respond when you have an issue. They don't want to deal issues that come up. They pass you around like a football and then quit responding completely!!!Got this material about a year ago. They say it can only be scratched with something as hard as a diamond. Not true. The material came with nicks in it, a rep was out and the only solution offered was to fill them in with a sharpie. They tell you the material is the same color throughout, not true. When it chips or nicks, it is white, which if the material is the same throughout would not be the case!

Two years ago I installed a countertop from this company. These are two years of torment to keep it clean. On the counter, you can see every fingerprint, there are streaks. Usually wiping is not enough, you just need to use some cleaning detergent . I suggest that before you decide to install this quartz, check how easy is to maintain. I wish I could change it. I don’t recommend

I am writing this post because the President and HR Manager, his wife are refusing to give me my W2's. WHY? I have sent numerous emails, calls and voice mails. I even recently left them a message in their corporate office in Texas and sent a certified mail asking them to give me my tax documents. I also had their employees relay email messages for me because they blocked me. They willingly refuse. I am in the process of contacted the IRS and the DOL. Vicostone (CEO/HR Manager) PLEASE give me all my tax documentation (W2s), you are in violation of Illinois Law. Note: I requested for the documents to be certified mail to me with signature required, because I find them untrustworthy (liars). And they do not realize that I have a USPS service called 'Informed Delivery', which takes pictures of letters at the hub prior to delivery. They refuse to contact me as requested, hence I am asking them in this forum. I told them this in my recent certified letter/voice mail. Disclosure: I like Vicostone as a product (highend engineered stone). I just do not like unethical people that pose as "owner/manager" that unnecessarily make this process difficult. I worked at Vicostone as an Account Manager. Not complex job description and product. 2-weeks in, I noticed that they did not really approach architects and interior designers (no process). So, I set up a meeting with the President of the company for a 3-hour long meeting. I negotiated to be able to approach architects and interior designers. He said okay, as long as I did not neglect my accounts (i.e. fabricators and kitchen and bath retailers.) I told him that I will be working more hours during the week and also on weekends. So that our agreement is contingent that he does not modify my accounts for a minimum of 2-years. He agreed. Within 6-7-months my primary accounts sky-rocketed. Normally, Vicostone expected 10%-15% increase in sales per month. My accounts were over 500% from where they were previously. He told me that there was a significant jump in sales. As a result, he offers me the Senior Sales Manager role (in charge of the account managers). He wanted me to teach them. I turned it down twice. I only accepted after I spoke to the manager whose role I was going to fill (he had hired me). I did not want him to lose his job. Importantly, my Architects and Interior Design accounts were trending to surpass my primary accounts ($). I envisioned this at the beginning, even though he did not (short-sighted). That is why I negotiated for it. But I noticed that I was not getting paid for these accounts that I developed and secured. I kept asking, and he kept delaying. Then he wanted me to stay in the office more. Then I noticed that he hired someone to handle architects and designers. Then he transferred all of my architects and designer accounts to the new person (violating our agreement), whom never went to the office. By the way, that person is no longer there. Probably because we was not paid too. Lastly, four months after being promoted to Senior Sales Manager. He offers me the Branch Manager role over a manager that has 28 years experience. He even made him sit in the back of a car once, and made me sit in the front (disrespectful; disloyal). Since he refused to pay me my commissions, I declined his offer for the Branch Manager role. Note: Further research found that he was paying significantly less than our major competitors. There is more, a lot more... I will post more here and on other social media until he gives me my tax documents (W2s)...certified mail with signature required. I will name names and go to the local newspapers and all social media. If he treats his best managers/employees this way, how do you think he will treat his distributors, business partners and customers that he does not see everyday. If you know the right contact person (owner; chairman) in Vicostone in Vietnam, please message me. I will explain what I have experience as well as my co-workers, so they know who is representing them in America. In my opinion, he is not fit t

Took a ride to look at some products and I’m extremely thankful I did. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The customer service was probably the best I’ve had in a while. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and seemed happy to be of assistance. Will be taking the ride more often for the products I will be needing for future projects.
