“TeaLula is a wonderful tea shop with an excellent Afternoon Tea service. The owners are wonderful and care about customer feedback and experience. We are so glad to have them in our neighborhood.Tea time above all should be about the tea. Tea needs to be appropriately brewed to certain temperatures and for a certain amount of time based on the variety. Here they do not serve you a boiling pot of water with loose leaves to sit and over brew during your experience like many others. They brew each pot to temp and time before it reaches you and remove the leaves to prevent the tea from becoming bitter. This way each cup you have is perfect. They are the first location I have been to in the dozens of tea times I have experienced that does not rely on the customer to make the decision of when to stop brewing the tea leaves. That way you can focus on your conversations and relax. The tea tower is beautifully made with savory and sweet portions along with fresh fruit which is a nice touch. They serve house made clotted cream which takes a day to prepare but is a wonderful topping for scones. Their kitchen is in the building so everything is fresh made. It is all these little details that make the experience top notch. They also have a tea to go counter and include a tea to go after your tea service if you'd like. They have everything from standard iced or hot tea to tea lattes. Each is again prepared with care. You don't get a to go cup with a giant tea bag to sit and over steep. It takes a little extra time for them to prepare this for you but it is worth it. Each sip of my London Fog was perfect and I did not have to struggle in the car to remove a giant tea bag to prevent it from becoming undrinkable like from other tea/coffee establishments.Highly recommend, we will be visiting frequently!”

“Just had a wonderful experience at Costco, one worker [I believed his name was Jimmy] got Daniel in prepared foods to get a rotisserie chicken parts prepared for me.It was my 4th attempt to get them. So glad I stopped to talk to him.”

“Been shopping here at the Schaumburg location for almost the last 20 years! Even though family and friends tell me I should shop at the Lake Zurich store (so as to avoid paying that ridiculously high Cook County sales tax), I'd rather just shop here since it's just 10 minutes from home and I won't have to get road rage dealing with god-awful bumper to bumper Rand Road traffic! Anyways, the Schaumburg store has practically everything I need: great, lower cost premium gas, great food/grocery items, drinks (e.g. juices, sparking water, wine, booze), pharmacy, optical department, electronics...you name it! If I could move my furniture in here---I WOULD!!! All the people from the various departments I've interacted with are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! It's no wonder this store is packed to the rafters every time I shop here!”

“Dear Costco,You’ve made it much easier to checkout with the inclusion of self checkouts. What you haven’t made easy is actually getting to the checkout line. The whole wrap around the snacks that border the checkout area is quite silly. Half the customers look at one another to try and figure out where the line is. I know you likely want the sheep to stay a little longer in the store. Slowly following one another, through the store, mainly because people forget how to walk in a straight line or with any sense of urgency. I think it’s owed to the ridiculously affordable prices, given you expect to spend $400. Why do I continue love you though Costco? Most of the items you romanced me with when I first started my membership, have never graced the shelves again. Is it the rotisserie chicken that makes spending hundreds of dollars a little less stressful? Or the opportunity to snag a $1.50 hot dog because it’s nostalgic that prices used to be so low. Ahhhhh well, I’ll mull it over til next time.”

“Costco is always an adventure! From free samples to frequent new products, it is fun to walk the aisles a couple of times a month. This time, I indulged in a hot dog and a slice of pizza from the cafe, all told, with Pepsi, 6 bucks. (It was too much food- next time one or the other!)What you may not know is different Costco locations have different items! The Oak Brook warehouse has many interesting upscale products not found at this store... I wonder why? ?”

“Thanks guys you all helped me find some British threaded fittings for my test equipment. By you finding the right part you saved me going down a Rabbit hole costing me more wasted time and my client $1,000. I'm very grateful.”

“It's a Costco, you get the $1.50 hotdog and drink or the $5 rotisserie chicken and whatever other bargains you find. Parking lot is not as crazy as some locations but the flow of traffic in and out does make coming or going a slightly unenjoyable experience.”

“Pharmacy is literally the best. Dan the pharmacist goes out of his way to ensure he can get you hard to find medicines. He even is proactive when calling if he is running short. The Walgreens etc do not stack up to the attention you receive here.”

“I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed. The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”

“Delivered conduit this morning and the guy unloaded me was great. He even helped fold my tarps and blocked traffic so I could back out on to the busy highway after unloading. Easy in and easy out. I'd deliver here again for sure.”

“Costco is the best place to go for your prescription needs and your pet prescription needs as well. I started to encounter problems with Walgreens and the time management as well as shortages of medications, THE rudest of employees who just don't care to be there but at Costco it's a totally different atmosphere. They have people who want to help you, they listen and always will have your Full prescription ready for you to pick up and no waiting time. Every employee will make the best effort to remember your name and you are greeted with smiles and not grumpy people ? ?!! Stop Walgreens and Go Costco. You won't regret it. I promise you”

“These vials are great quality at a great price! Our pharmacy orders a large number of vials every month and they always arrive in great condition and in a timely manner. Ordering online is very easy and the service is amazing. The 13 & 16 dram prefer vials are exactly what we need for dispensing. We will continue purchasing from The Vial Store!”

“This location gets very busy, especially on a Saturday afternoon, like today. Deals aren't the greatest lately. Customer service lacks. Long lines at the gas station, but to be expected at this time. Overall, I wish there were more choices in the chicago area.”

“I had the best customer service by Edgardo G, who was able to save me A LOT of money on my prescription by trying different ways for me to get a discount! Thank you!”

“To me this is one of the largest Costco's close to Chicago that I know of and frequent when I am near. I was shopping for a new OLED and decided to stop in. I had help from the employee to decide and he helped me load the flat bed and gave me all the paperwork I need to support the TV in case of defects. Once outside at my car they even helped me load the car up and the customer service here was impressive. I did not even have to ask and they offered. You can't go wrong with any TV here and it comes with 5yr warranty $99 value included in the price. (no brainer). The parking lot is huge which can be intimating but well worth the walk into the store.”

“People are fu$£ing obsessed with Costco and I kind of get it. They sell everything now and are getting into the home and car industries. Costco is slowly taking over the world. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a car, has a big family, or likes free samples and hot dogs. We've been looking for a new car the past couple months. Places offered $4k over msrp to a haggled $1k over. We heard about car deals through Costco, stole my mother in law's card to look at deals and found it was $500 under msrp with a membership. So we immediately bought a $60 annual membership and went to the partner dealership to buy the car. Most things food is in bulk so unless you can eat a $10 pound bag of onions, Costco groceries that can be used before it expires is just random items and frozen food. We got mussels there, a bunch of clementines, lobster pasta, tons of lettuce, and some other big items. Got enough toothpaste and shampoo to last us the year.Tries some free samples - pizza, dips, and quesadillas. The food area is also nice, $1.50 for a hot dog and drink. Around $4 for a massive cheesy chicken bake thing that was disgusting and delicious. We spent $60 and saved $1500 so that is obviously fantastic. Definitely look at Costco auto deals if you are looking for a car and a strange big, grocery/ department/ carnival for everyone else.”

“Sometimes I feel guilty for how much I like Costco. This warehouse has everything you are looking for. Great selection of food with fruits and vegetables. Good selection of wine. They have good prices so it is worth stopping in if you need a larger quantity of alcohol. The frozen fruit selection also has a wide verity and I can recommend the frozen berries and cauliflower rice They do have the best prices anywhere on a bunch of stuff, but caveat peremptory: even if 100 rolls of toilet paper is an incredible value how long will you be storing that for? Try the "whole cheese pizza" for $10. It feeds five.”

“I realize all that's going on but I miss the Plus membership benefit of getting in early. I think it should still happen. They keep changing hours...I take off to get there and they change the hours again. A little frustrated. ***update: of course we are not in the middle of Covid and this problem is rectified. Sam's is a great place with a great selection. Know your prices to make sure you're getting a good deal.”

“I had the best tire buying experience of my life here. After a frustrating experience at a dealership, Jen had me in, out, and on the road with new tires in 30 minutes. It was easy, painless and professional. Highly recommend.”

“Love Costco. I go every weekend. There's always new stuff to try out. I won't use any other paper towel or toilet paper. Their meatloaf n mashed potatoes is fire. I love it. My kids love it. My dog even loves it. It makes me want to go now n get the meatloaf.”

“My kids love the new sushi station! I have brought it home several times & they love it, it is really good quality, great presentation, and so convenient. All of the recent store renovations are great, and most of the workers are really nice. I live in Elmhurst & overall it is much friendlier & easier to get in & out of, than Costco in Oakbrook! Especially with the scan & go pay option. Thx:)”

“This is one of two Costco that we frequent. This location is in Randhurst Plaza across from Home Depot. The parking lot is huge, but in the natural Costco way it's always busy. At this Costco, we are always bound to purchase everything from clothing, household goods, liquor, fruits and veggies, and more. But the main reason why we frequent this Costco is because the staff is always great, and they are generally in stock of items we frequently use. Our most recent visit was during the snow storm last week, when we got there the stuff made sure that everyone who was there was safe and warm during their visit. They got folks through the check out line and I even noticed staff members helping folks putting groceries in cases for the elderly. For the value of purchasing in large quantities, to the quality of service, Costco is just the best all around. :)”
