“Probably one of the best Sam's I've shopped in Illinois. Used to go shop at the one in Cicero but that usually never has the items I wanted in stock. I decided to try the one in North Lake and so far it has not disappointed. Been going there for over a little 5 years now and never had an issue with employees nor the products. Let's hope it stays that way!”
“One of the best places to get gas, they are always the lowest in cost. But avoid this gas station on the weekend, it gets super crowded and the wait could be longer that the savings are worth.”

Yesterday shopping for my wife without my Membership Card, I went to the Membership Services Counter for a temporary pass! I got much more than I could have ever asked for!
Mary was at the counter and greeted me with a stately smile! I have to call her “Saint Mary” because the Spirit of God, illuminated her beautiful stature and divinely appointed “Gift of Hospitality!” Sam’s Club naturally possessed the Gift of Mary, right out of Scripture!
She was more than professional, Knowledgeable and a pure joy to be of service! She was dressed like a Wall Street Executive and her beautiful sky blue business suit matched her beautiful blue, German, Irish eyes! We joyfully shared mutual thoughts and observations!
Sam Walton’s Legacy lives on through “Saint Mary” at Sam’s Club Number 6384 in Hodgkins, Illinois! Mary Sealed the Deal With a Hug! Mary made a loyal customer for life!
The value of my Membership at Sam’s Club exceeded the value of “Rodeo Drive” and Chicago Gold Coast” Retailers! You cannot put a price on “Mary’s Personal Touch”! Mary is second to none!
On my way out of the Warehouse I spoke to Adrian the Club’s General Manager and had to commend him on his exceptional leadership and management skills! I told him that no ordinary manager could manage a star like “Saint Mary of Hodgkins”!
I have 53 years experience at Military Leadership and 47 years experience a Retail Management! I know talent when I see it!

“I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed.The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”

“Update: Thursdays are now $1.00. It is a great place to shop for bargains. I love coming here and looking for stocking stuffers and small gifts. I have gotten press on nails, makeup, party plates (bundles), clothing, car accessories, toys, pet toys/treats, food items... and more... they even have a refrigerator section with cheeses and other great items. I love the people who work here, they are kind and helpful. If you're looking for something specific they will take down your phone number and let you know when they have some.”

“I had problems with the gas pump where it malfunctioned and froze up locking my ccard. Ivan was the onsite attendant and he worked diligently to try to reset the pump computer and finally got it working again after having to shut down both pumps. Though this process took over 15 minutes, it surely wasn't anyones fault. I am thankful the Ivan was there to assist me with this issue. His professionalism is greatly appreciated!”
