Absolutely the best customer service around. I have used Heineke's on many occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, always professional, know what they're doing...simply the best. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Was going to have to buy a whole new washer. Called heineke and they had a service guy come within a week. It was a simple fixed and saved me money on having to buy a whole new washer. Very pleased with everything. Great job guys will call again if I have any other issues.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!! they will sell you something that doesn't work and refuse to take it back. Leaving you with a large appliance to figure out how to get rid of. Super disappointed in them. They lost an $800 washer sale. All they had to do was pick up the broken dryer they sold me.

Nice over the phone. Poor quality/unsafe electrical work and advice. Stay away for now. Looked at washer and dryers there. Extremely overpriced for the age of the appliances. Otherwise very nice people. sorry.

Heinekes is the only place I'll buy , the guys that come out to install the appliances are professional. Everything I have bought came from heinekes.
