Huge thanks to Spencer at AT&T for being so kind, helpful, and incredibly patient while helping my dad switch to an iPhone for the first time. It was a big change for him, but Spencer made the entire process smooth and simple to understand. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never rushed us, which meant a lot, especially to my dad. We truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism. Thank you, Spencer, for making a potentially overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable!

Yesterday me and my boyfriend came to get in a new line added to my plan. Vance was absolutely terrible, in the beginning he came off nice and very respectful. I am following up with the dm of the district. As someone who worked for the same company for almost a year I feel completely disrespected. He never once asked what plan or if I even wanted insurance and who knows what else add on he put on my bill. He just assumed the other phone on the line had that stuff so he just did it and never asked question on what I want and had me pay taxes on the phone. He never went over what my bill would be or state there would be an activation fee( yes I know there always is one) that wasn’t the other problem. He then said since I know how to set up an iPhone I could do it. So not only not being honest about what he was doing but also refused to set up my boyfriend’s phone. Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend called trying to get help set Setting up his phone fan told him his only choice was to come in and he would not help him over the phone . Verrry dissatisfied by the service.

We had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Spencer and Cameron at the AT&T store, and I can’t say enough about how incredible they were. These two are the epitome of customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. They handled our phone transitions seamlessly, walking us through every step with patience and a smile. What could’ve been a stressful process turned into a breeze thanks to their expertise and upbeat attitudes. Hands down, it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had—shoutout to Spencer and Cameron for making our visit actually enjoyable!

When in need to have any sales or service, this store will meet and exceed any expectations in which you may have. They always have shown the upmost professionalism and have my needs at the foremost of their attention. Spencer has given us the best experience possible over the years and because of his attention to detail is why we will continue to be an AT&T customer. I would highly recommend anyone that is needing assistance, to go to the West City branch and ask for Spencer. You will not be disappointed. FIVE STARS AND BEYOND!

The location in Benton, Illinois on the 31st of January did amazing, the guy there did whose name I believe was Cameron did really well, and since I accidentally messed up the rating thing over text I am leaving this so you guys know he did amazing.
