Horrible. This isn't even the right address!! He moved to Christopher. Myself and 3 other people where waiting in the parking lot of this place, only for us to call him and him tell us he has moved locations. Dude lost 1,000$ between the 3 of us. We all just went somewhere else. Horrible Friday morning.

My son's car broke down and he needed it fixed so he could get to work in 2 days, Fred answered got his car towed and had it figured out and fixed the next day.. He is very friendly and helped get my son back on the road quick... Definitely would recommend this shop.

Looks can be deceiving....This shop looks a little run down. It is next to a vacant movie theater with a horrible parking lot BUT it is home to a great, trustworthy mechanic who does his best to exceed your expectations. It is a small family run business so you may not always find Fred sitting at the front desk waiting for you to arrive but he will always answer his cell phone and he will even come to you if you are in dire straits. We were at the KOA and our rv was stalling and running really rough, Fred came over and checked it out for us. He changed the oil on our rv and our volvo, something most shops in the area wouldn't even consider. Fred is a true blessing. He has a quirky sense of humor so of that offends you, you may want to go somewhere else. But if you are looking for a trustworthy, stand up mechanic with 40+ years of experience, this is your place. Oh and they also rent uhauls. But don't be confused, they DON'T ONLY rent uhauls.

Not a good place to have your vehicle work on, they didn't install the ignition switch in right and it was loose, this was causing it not to start that way it wasn't able to push start it either, I took pictures of the ignition switch they replaced and it wasn't installed right it was loose, so I recommend nobody to take your vehicle there,they have to many vehicles to work on and they had my vehicle for 7 days and never call me to let me know what was wrong, I had to call them all the time and never seem to have the right answer for me.And says he is a ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC, THAT IS NOT TRUE.

We were on our way to Wisconsin pulling a boat when we had a CV axle break. The closest place to go was to Auto Tech. We were actually stranded on the entrance ramp next to this service center. We called and Fred helped us get turned around and to his shop. He fixed us right up and got us back on our way. He was such a blessing and we are so grateful he was willing to help us. Great guy! If you need a mechanic, we highly recommend him and his business. Wish he lived closer to us!

Mr. Fred went above and beyond the call of service when my sister and I became stranded 7 hours from home in Illinois. He figured out where were located, towed us and was able to get parts for replacement extremely fast. Mr. Fred worked on my vehicle well after his business hours had ended to get us back on the road to Arkansas. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Fred for his kindness and top notch service. Thanks again Mr. Fred!!!!
