Genuinely wish I could leave negative Stars just moved to Benton recently and I normally do a Walmart grocery pickup order every week and every single time I have either received multiple wrong or multiple missing items! Finally broke down and called customer service when I received my vegetables in regular Walmart sacks (not the fruit/veg bags) absolutely destroyed and my bread and chips were packaged with pickles and peanut butter and again completely destroyed, called customer pickup and all I got was “that sucks call the online number” I hate there’s so few options in this town if I could I’d never come back only helpful or decent response was from the online assistance ?

Not thrilled with the photo department. Printed 100 and then 80 4x6s from my app. Picked them up and they were mixed up, not in the order selected. Took me hours to sort from 6 cruise stops.
Seems petty but I wanted to show them off and had to sort first.

They used to be good got everybody hooked now nobody working counter only self checkout and people stocking shelfs but we so dumb we keep shopping there

I just wanted share that I was happy to see that this Walmart is stepping up it's game. I love seeing cheerful and happy employees that are pleasantly working and are happy to be there working. This particular store looks like it is running smoother and is cleaner than the past. Good job management, you are doing great and it shows through your hard working employees:)

How a problem at the self-checkout. Ask the lady for help, she said I had to push the button if I wanted help. Then she told me to stand back why she went in and got my receipt that was stuck. Then when I said have a good day, she told me don't tell me that. Dang 'ol nightmare.

Clean and uncluttered aisles, found everything I needed. Checkout was fast. The store is visually appealing.
