My husband and I just moved to here. We took 2 empty bottles of his medicine to be refilled. But when we went to pick them up, they had filled all of his prescriptions. He was only out of the 2 we brought in. He still didn't get one of his pills. They gave him one he didn't ask for instead of one that he brought in. Gee wiz, get it together!! No wonder your eating is so low!!

A friend of mine had a perscription from her doctor for a GLUCOSE METER FOR HER DIABETES. CVS has jacked her around for days and has been EXTREMELY hateful over insurance prior authorization. My friend had to get a letter from the doctor stating prior authorization was NOT REQUIRED. THEY SHOULD KNOW THIS MY FRIEND IS DIABETIC AND SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS FOR LIFE SAVING MEDICAL SUPPLIES HER DOCTOR STATES SHE NEEDS. Hopefully they will be hit with a class action lawsuit over things like this. Disgusting

This cvs is a UPS drop off. Out of three boxes only one was scanned and return completed. There were 4pr of shoes in the other two boxes worth over 150 dollars. There is a thief somewhere along the line.

Only one star because that is as low as you can go. Absolutely the worst CVS I have ever dealt with.
I have my prescriptions refilled all over the country. They just flat refused to help me get a prescription filled because I have not dealt with them before. I would drive any distance not to deal with this CVS again, and they were extremely rude. Would not even listen to what I had to say. Everything was just horrible.

My family has tested positive for COVID, so I went through the drive through to avoid getting anybody sick. I asked if they had another medication (not prescription) and they said we would have to come inside. I let them know we had Covid and do not want to come in. They refused and advised we still need to come in! My husband went inside, because my 16 mo old son needed this for his fever, and it was BEHIND THE COUNTER the whole time. It wasn’t as though it was on the shelves, it was an OTC medication that they could have easily grabbed from the window and scanned. If anybody gets Covid now, it will have been because these CVS pharmacy workers are LAZY.

Benton Kentucky CVS all the years of my life I have never been treated so poorly. Pharmacy that is or can you even call it a pharmacy? They never fill scripts on time. Never answer the phone. When you ask why they are rude. I witnessed a customer in front of me getting yelled at and script bag thrown to customer.. It's more like a zoo behind the pharmacy counter. Seriously CVS DO BETTER! Also countless HIPPA violations!

Worst service ever! They didnt have antibiotics. They said they had to wait on truck. Then u call to see if their there and sat on hold for 15 minutes and just hung up. Utterly rediculous!
