We went there and we asked for licorice and the guy just ignored us so we ask again ignored us and kept talking so some lady helped us then we asked where the balloons are he ignored us even though he was doing nothing then he slapped the bag against the counter then when he filled it up he used air even though he said both was the same and we asked to get a refund for the ballon because he added air in it not helium we spent 41 minuites in there and our ice cream melted and would not let us get cold one and this all happened with my sick grandma in the car

Too often this store opens later than its posted hours. Management needs to step it up or be replaced.

The E main ST Benton IL is so much better! And more organized then it's ever been. So much more enjoyable to walk in and not trip over carts everyday. I think it's the new manager
