“I called in an order for a special piece to send to a coworker who lost her father and was very pleased with the service I received. The associate went to the salesfloor and backstock to read me inscriptions on every memory box she had describing the color of box, picture and what was written on each one. She was very patient and took her time to make sure I chose the perfect one. I will definitely choose this florist again.”

“This was the first time ordering from Lacy’s. We live out of state. The order was not exactly how we expected it to be. It was a funeral arrangement for a very special family friend. However, after viewing the photo sent, and discussing dissatisfaction, this company stepped up and cancelled the order, no questions asked. She was very understanding and did the right thing. This is the reason for 5 stars. More companies like this should practice customer satisfaction, this company is top notch. Hoping to never have to send another arrangement, but if the need arises, we will call on them for services.”

“I’m out of state and wanted to get flowers sent to my SIL and Roses helped me pick out a beautiful bouquet and got it out to her under 2 hours of putting in my order! So fast and the owner even called to make sure we had it at the right house! Highly recommend this shop! 20/10 experience and hospitality!”
