Great place, but today I was told I had to leave my backpack with the worker if I wanted to shop. I ride a motorcycle most of the year. I will use West Frankfort Mach 1 instead. They let me wear my gear.

went there to purchase quick earbuds for a road trip, and after I left I had opened them, and when i did the earbuds were broken, there were dents in the wiring, could only hear from one ear. It was awful, there were also dents in the audio jack. I am very unsatisfied with my result.

False advertising billboard on interstate said diesel was $4.79 a gallon and it's 4.99 a gallon when you get there when I could have got it at the Speedway for 4.84 a gallon where they're billboard sign is.

This place is always so clean. They have the best selection and the beat fountain sodas that any gas station has. The employees are always so nice.

Mach 1 was the place that I would get my car wash and gas. I went through the Benton Mach1 car wash as normal April 6, 2021 and came out with scratches down to the metal on my 2018 sedan car. Hood, roof, trunk and doors on both sides. I reported to Mach1/Meyer Oil and they are refusing liability even though they acknowledge that more than likely the car wash did the damage. I am very disappointed at their customer service for damages. Buyer beware on purchasing the “cheaper” gas with a car wash at the pump. And check your car for scratches and most importantly, report to them if they occur. Their excuse is that I was the only report of damage out of 80 cars that day, so that means the wash is fine. Obviously, it wasn’t. ??♀️

Nice, clean store but was overchsrged for the snacks I bought. Shelf stated one price but the barcode rang up higher.

Gas station is great but the car wash is an absolute waste of money. Car was still dirty when I got out after the $13 wash.
