“She did a wonderful job at assisting my need and was very helpful, kind, and patient. I really enjoyed this visit because she made me feel like I mattered and went out of her way to even call to get the answers that were needed to solve my issues! Most of the time people are just rude and don't care! Even though a man came in and didn't get the answers he wanted and began to be rude towards her (even though it was out of her control). She was still very nice and polite as she apologized about the results... unfortunately he left being rude to her! She needs a raise! I appreciated her very much. I give her a 10/10!”
