We had a very unfortunate car issue on our way home to Kansas. We had to be towed to be able to have my husband fix our truck. Jacob and Thomas were friendly as soon as we walked through the door and offered to help in any way they could. Do Not go down the street to the other parts store that woman was not nice at all( and she was training someone). We are ao thankful for the kindness shown to us by these two men. They deserve a raise for sure! Thank you both for making a terrible situation a little easier for some Kansas folks. I guarantee if you ever make it to Kansas you will be shown the same kindness!

Brian was extremely helpful and such a kind and caring guy! Was extremely relatable and respectful! He helped assist putting our oil in the car and helped our trouble shoot out possible car issues! Definitely a knowledgeable and helpful person to keep on your team and if you have a hybrid he’s got some good knowledge

Went to o reillys today to have my car battery, charging system checked out. Bryan waited on me found that the battery was the problem and changed the battery for me. Bryan was great at helping me with my battery problem. From now on when i need something from o'reillys I'll be looking for Bryan. Bryan is an asset to the oreillys company. He showed kindness and respect to me and other coustomers that were at the store during my visit. Thanks Bryan for all your help.

They need to hire someone who knows what they are doing ordered parts and drove there to pick them up to the parts not being ordered 3 different times now one of the worst O'Reilly s in southern Illinois

Needed a new bulb for my headlight. It was less than $20. Plus the gentleman was so nice and installed it for me without asking for extra. I was very appreciative.
