The hours listed online says 6pm. I drive 20 miles to the bank. Arrive at 5.01 for the doors to be locked and the door saying they close at 5pm

Do not use this bank’s ATM. If it tells you it can’t complete the transaction and doesn’t give you your money they will not do anything to help you! Now my mother and I will be late on bills because they refuse to review the cameras themselves to see they wrongfully took money from someone!

This is a great bank and they really stand by the customer. I've been hacked a few times on my debit card and they always make it right. The free checking is great and they have tons of locations. Very pleased with this bank. 5 stars. Highly recommend
