You get exactly what you pay for. Spacious storage. And American Way are just as helpful as Rend Lake storage. I have been struggling with getting my payments in, and not once have they threatened me. Of course, you have to pay the late payment. But with work comp,you sometimes do not know when your next check will be arriving. And it's been a real piece of mind to not have to worry about my belongings. I would recommend them to anyone who needs some affordable storage space.

We have used American Way for a few months now. We had some questions in the beginning and called them. We got someone who was on a clear, easy to hear line and they spoke English. She was very helpful and talked us through everything. The unit was clean. It had a few dents and normal wear from prior users, but that is expected- its a storage unit, not a 5 star hotel. Overall, great experience and I will continue to use them.

My boyfriend and I needed a storage unit like ASAP, we were able to go online and choose our unit size then pay for it from there as well. Within minutes I received a confirmation email and invoice as well as a welcome email with all I needed to know. We went straight to our newly rented storage unit and had no issues finding it. Grounds were clean and we feel secure!! Thanks!

The facilities and the rental unit is fine but,
Sorry, but I can’t say I’m crazy about the new policy of American Way storage. I had a contract for a certain set amount of rent as long as I wanted the unit… When American Way took over they more than doubled what I was paying.
