I rented a lift recliner. The right arm was loose. Salesman told me he thought a screw was loose but he would have the screw tightened before delivering. When chair was delivered, the arm was still loose. I told the delivery menn what the salesman told me. They checked the arm.& offered to tighten the screw. When they looked they said there wasn't a screw there- it was something else. As I sat in the chair I noticed the chair was broken down on the right side. I put a pillow on the seat to try to level it. It still tilted to the right. I wondered why Rent One would rent something in such poor condition..I won't rent anything from them again and tell my family not to rent from them. I don't like paying for something that is in such poor condition. Rosemary Glidewell

I really enjoy the experience with this Rent One in Benton They helped me so much with my orders They was so helpful by providing me with want I wanted to get without them brushing me off I told them exactly what I wanted and they got it for me and The best thing was I didn’t have to come in I did it over the phone I would highly recommend to anyone to go to Rent One they’re the best I am so pleased with my order Thank You so very much for helping me get what I need even at short notice I do appreciate what you and your team does for me

The Benton location team was very helpful in getting a freezer big enough for our needs. The delivery team was prompt and quickly got it set up. Couldn't have asked for better service!!!

I cannot say enough about this company, and Casey and others who worked with me. They delivered a lift chair for my sister, who was in desperate need of it for simple mobility. She unfortunately only used it a couple of times, before being taken to the hospital. She passed away one week after receiving it. Rent one will pick up the chair at no additional charge. I owe nothing more. Casey, more than once, extended this condolences and prayers to me and my family. I WILL do business with then again. Absolutely amazing

Rent one in Benton, Illinois is the best place I have ever worked with. They have great delivery guys. Lucas and Tyler were just amazing and was very polite and respectful, I want to be able to thank them and hope they get appraised and awarded for having such great delivery guys.I have worked with rent one in Marion and in West Frankfort and I really consider if anyone is looking to rent to own the rent One in Benton is absolutely amazing!..!!I recommend rent one in Benton, Illinois to everyone for the outstanding service and their employees are there to help you and know exactly how to help you and get you what you want. If not they will look for it and order it for you to get what you want..
