I found this place off Instagram and liked the work that I viewed, so I decided to travel an hour away to have some mink eyelashes installed by Jillian. I have gotten my minks done before numerous of times and this is the first time that every single lash had fallen off within three days. When I informed Jillian she was very rude and gave me a lame excuse as to why they had fallen off and that there wasn't anything she could do for me. I feel that was very wrong and I would not recommend that any one go here, unless you're looking for horrible service and a person who does not care about their clients

I have to rate my experience a 2 star only because I don't want to place a bad experience on the entire establishment based off 1 service provided by 1 Artist in the shop which is the nail tech Jillian I paid 90 dollars for a service that didn't last a good 2 weeks and she was very unprofessional after I told her my concerns via Instagram. She ultimately blocked me after I told her she could've texted me or sent a dm. I wasn't planning on returning and the bathroom was dirty which I did inform her of as well. I have the entire dialogue so before you make a statement based off of what your employee told you please get both sides and I have pictures and screenshots of our entire convos.

I've been here for makeup with Robin several times. Let me tell you. It's freaking addictive. She is truly truly amazing. Always on time, professional and gave me keto treat receipe (its delicious btw). I have never been disappointed with services. Oh yes I would recommend her for all your beauty needs.

Love her place welcome I admit I'm person don't like travels far for nails hair but we as people have to support our people we suppose the Asian people support my Friend at Noithing but face 1 shop stop hair,Nails, lashes and makeup...thanks again Robin

Robin is amazing I have been serviced by her for my make up and nails and she never disappoints. She's professional and courteous. I always look forward to my visits. You can definitely tell a Robin “beatâ€. By far one of the best.
