Worst bodyshop experience of my life, not only have I had to wait half a year for my car to be repaired they continued to lie and move due dates to when my vehicle would be done. They ignored my calls and left me with no information onto when it would be finished. I had to pay a rental car out of pocket for a month the workers were condescending and unhelpful. I would never recommend this bodyshop would never bring my car here again.

I just had my car repaired at Crash champion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, They kept me updated on the progress, explained everything clearly, and finished the job right on time — which I really appreciated.
The quality of their work is excellent — my car looks brand new again! It’s nice to deal with a shop that’s honest and delivers exactly what they promise. I definitely recommend crash champions to anyone needing reliable and professional auto body repairs.

When I dropped off my car, it was in perfect working condition no issues whatsoever. But when I went to pick it up on Saturday, it was practically undriveable. None of the lights were functioning (turn signals, emergency lights, headlights), and the gear shift was completely messed up. I couldn’t switch between Reverse, Neutral, or Drive because it was stuck in Park, and I had to use the emergency override just to move it. Also, they struggle to turn on the car because supposedly the battery was dead (the battery was brand new).
To make things worse, I discovered that parts were missing from my vehicle. I had to take it straight to a mechanic after picking it up. Their only explanation? “The car didn’t have those parts.” That’s simply not true, I know exactly how I left my car.
This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. Now I’m left with a damaged car, unexpected repair bills, and no accountability from the business. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle.
