It is great when you go into 7-Eleven and Berwyn on 16th St. and you see a hot full pot of decaf coffee!
You can go to other 7-Elevens at the same time two in the afternoon and they have no decaf or other hot coffee ready for the customer.
Thank you 16th St. Berwyn 7-Eleven for having decaf available!

Came to this 7/11 and bumped into a sunglasses display shelf that was sticking out and poorly placed, the shelf fell and a few glasses fell on the ground, I apologized to the worker 3 times was ignored, picked up the glasses that fell and tried to replace the shelf, but could not get it back into the stand, so I set everything out of the way of being stepped on, (a middle aged white man with brown hair, on October 15th at 4pm) the worker yelled at me after I paid for my gas and was extremely rude to me. I do not work here and I do not now how to put the display shelf back together. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. As a local business owner this was terrible service. It’s okay to have a bad day, but there is never a time that it is appropriate to speak to a customer this way, I’m sure this will take him 2-3 minutes to fix. Not everyone needs to deal with the public, accidents happen. I will never come here again.
