Mercedes and Helen in the Compliance Department were both wonderful, they went above and beyond to help me navigate the inspections and required paperwork, so I can bring my building up to code and ultimately sell it.

This is classic unorganized, dysfunctional government at work. The fact that the majority of functions need to be completed in person between 9 to 5 type hours is part of it. The other negative comments on here also play a part of why people should stay away from Berwyn.
