Guillermo is excellent as a sales person. He was efficient, transparency was appreciated an his honesty was refreshing. He was courteous and knowledgeable. If you want great service and a kind salesperson this is your guy.The experience was fast I will be be back and refer my friends and family.
Update..Got my first oilchange Jessica Sanchez was my service advisor She is so personable. She handled me with care.I really liked her kind spirit.I will continue to get my car serviced here because energy and attitude matters. My visit was reasonably priced and great work.Update Dave Bill was my service advisor today A1 service 4 years later top tier service customer service is second to none.Please give Dave Bill a raise.Thank you

Servicing area has become really bad. I always thought Kia Berwyn was a really good car place lately no so much, alot of missed items when you go. They always remove the service tickets that normally is left in your car for reviews and I dont like not being given an opportunity to share a review, this needs to be stopped it doesn't allow the customer to have there voices heard. This has been done on my last 4 visits.

Just moved to Chicago and our Kia needed some major work done. Isaac, the service advisor, took the time to listen to us and managed to save us money by thoroughly going through our warranty information and seeing what was covered. We’ve moved around a lot and this is the 5th Kia dealership we have worked with and I can confidently say Isaac has been one of the only service advisors that genuinely cares about his customers. He was polite, courteous and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to working with him again! Thank you, Isaac!

We had an oil change done at Berwyn Kia on our2015 Kia Forte. The following day the oil light came on (goes on and off), and now the engine light came on and the car started shaking while driving. I checked the oil and the level looks fine, but I’m very concerned since this started right after the service.
I don’t feel safe driving it. I don't know if it can be the oil pressure, if something was reconnected properly like the oil filter, drain plug, sensor or connector. Please advise if it can be towed in for inspection as soon as possible, and whether the tow can be covered since this seems to be related to the oil change.i can't speak and I submitted an online form but did not receive an response. I will try to get someone to call if I don't receive an response here also. Francisco Uriostegui

Every time I take my car in for maintenance Dave always does a great job. He is always extremely helpful and amazing with his service. I'm going to start referring people to to Dave when they need service on their vehicle. 5 Stars!
