“Mr. Farooq Bawa is professional, patient and knowledgeable tax preparer/practitioner in his field. When I visited this location for assistance in getting through the IRS hotline for some inquiries and clarifications, Mr. Farooq, showed his exemplary great customer service and advocated on my behalf and also allowed me to speak with IRS on the phone for a few times until we got all the information we needed. He answered my questions efficiently and helped me understand some information about taxes which I recognized I wasn’t very knowledgeable at in the beginning. He acknowledged that I had been an H&R Block customer before, and didn’t hesitate to offer his help. Him and his team went above and beyond and all of their staff members are friendly including Mr. Isidro, Ms. Myra, and Ms. Sandy.I would highly recommend this location to family members and friends to get their taxes done professionally. Today, my mother and I just filed our taxes and we were assisted by Mr. Farooq and Mr. Isidro. The receptionist Ms. Sandy even offered snacks to us while waiting.
