Old and antiquated. Drove all the way here to get a debit card printed since only a few banks have the machine for some reason….. waited an hour and the machine is broken. Getting a debit card in the mail is a 3 wk wait. It’s ridiculous. The jewel kiosk for Huntington has more technical capabilities than this huge bank. Other banks have been printing cards for over a decade. Is byline ever going to invest in updates? The app is also extremely antiquated and behind…time to switch banks

They don't offer instant pay. They are now charging $5 a month if you don't keep at least $500 a month all while they don't have good customer service! Definitely a war on the poor! They're behind on technology too! Their app is really annoying too! I have it set up with a pin and I must regularly resign in, like I have time for that? I would prefer to use my fingerprint like other apps do!

This bank is behind the times and doesn't offer Real Time Payments and now they're going to start charging customers a monthly fee if they don't have a minimum $500 balance all while gas prices are skyrocketing and everything is going up! The greed and war on the poor and middle class is real! I'll be leaving this bank ASAP! P.S. I talked to them and got a snotty response!

Tellers are always rude. When I would go inside they always seemed to have an attitude, then when you use the drive thru it is slow. Can't win with them. The final straw was when I literally saw the teller talk to a client in front of me in spanish and when another person after me walked in and requested someone in spanish that same person said she didn't speak spanish. When I saw this I helped their client and told the old lady to find another bank because these people think they are superior. Their roosevelt location in Berwyn was great too bad it closed and they let those tellers go. I closed my account and went with BMO Harris down the block, BIG difference!

Don't have anything negative to say about byline. Drive thru and inside are always fast and never had any problems with my accounts. Always a good morning, or good afternoon and a thank you have a nice day!

Been there thru 3maybe4 different bank name changes at this location. Not 5 stars because it's always a long wait going thru the drive thru at this location. Like, forever. Usually are unapologetic about it, though someone did address the wait once before.

First Bank and Trust really went downhill after being taken over by Byline. Lots more restrictions. On June 1, when most people have rent checks and other beginning of the month checks to process, they at first said they'd be open 12-4, but then announced that they'd be closed the entire day a half hour before they were supposed to open. Now I'm going in there and they're making me take off my mask and show them ID. I've been going in there every day for 6 years! Go to any bank but this one.

Byline is a joke. They will do anything they can to steal your money, or not give you access to it.Save yourself the headache and go to literally any other bank(chase, wells, tcf, ext.)
