Horrible customer service. I’m 9 months pregnant - I came to make a deposit this morning and the teller asked me to step aside because the person behind me had his deposit ready. She assumed that mine was not. It wasn’t busy - I’ve never been treated this way.

i recently bought my house in berwyn and i really like this location. i can actually walk instead of driving, safes me time for parking space . employees are awesome

I did not like my experience at this location. The ladies here are extremely rude a not helpful. This experience now forced me to close my account with chase for good. Whoever the 3 Charlie's Angels that worked the closing shift on July 31st of 2017 they need to be retrained.

When they had tellers at this dump of a Chase before they went to all ATMs the lines were long, long, long!!! The ATM vestibule with the 3 ATMs is filthy and smells like smoke and urine!!! The best Chase bank in the area in North Riverside, is closing 7/27/17. This is how stupid Chase corporate monkeys are!!! They spend all this money updating the ATMS in North Riverside and then close that one and this one has old crappy ATMS that never work right. They should close this branch and leave the North Riverside one open!!!

Not all Chase banks are the same. The Chase banks in surrounding communities are much more consumer friendly- some even have candy and cookies for customers (Hinsdale). This Chase bank is the only one in south Berwyn. No drive thru! Tellers have all been removed from this branch except one for business customers. Parking is unacceptable- shared lot with other establishments which make it almost impossible to park during ANY business hours. Friday morning at 7:45am - three ATM machines, 1 out of service, 2nd has no cash, and the 3rd accepts deposits -one check at a time (not sure if it gives cash)...at least ten (disgruntled looking) customers waiting to use machines that don't work. Consistently inconvenient.

My husband and I went in to open accounts. She kept looking at the offer I had in my hand and then said I need an appointment. Must have been too close to closing time. I have never heard of needing an appointment to open accounts.

This is the WORST chase branch I think I've ever been to. It's ALWAYS crowded and there is not enough parking spaces outside the building, it literally can only fit their employees. There are only two windows for customer service and they're SUPER slow with helping people. There is almost always a line unless you go early in the morning. You can't even make a quick stop to use the ATM's because the lot is so tiny. DO BETTER CHASE. Seriously?

Technology has surely ruined the banking experience. Long lines for the 1 teller and no line at the self service terminals. Looks like the people have spoken. When it comes to my money, I want a person to help me!

S-L-O-W. I was there for an hour trying to get a replacement debit card. Tons of customers and not enough employees. You would think it would be appropriately staffed for a Friday, unless everyone was hiding out in the back. My time is valuable, therefore, I will not be returning to this poorly run location.

I don't know if its CHASE Bank in general or this particular branch - but never before have I been made to feel like such a worthless cog. Sorry i want to put money in your bank. And it's not like i am a stranger - I have SEVERAL Accounts with your bank. If it were just a basic checking account I could see where a mega bank may not care about an individual - we've grown to expect it unfortunately - But i am talking about a business account. What do you mean the Business Banker isn't in till 11am - please come back later? That is unacceptable! and that is just the beginning. I have been a loyal customer for many years - but today i am looking for a new bank - and so is everyone in my household.

This Branch has lines out the door, or everyone standing around doing nothing. Everyone here seems uneducated and unappreciative that I give them my money. Unhelpful best describes everyone in the branch.

Just had the worst, most degrading experience at this branch. I have banked with chase for 8 years and this branch is horrible. They were rude and didn't seem to possess the willingness to work nor the knowledge to do their jobs correctly. Do not open a Business account here.
