This store will lie and tell you they cannot activate phones that will indeed work with Cricket Wireless bc they are not getting a sale. How petty and pathetic. Went right down the street to another cricket and they were able to activate the phone. Too bad they were the same franchise and the poor lady got in trouble for activating the phone for us bc they want to push for a sale. Funny thing is it was the district manager named AJ who had a very horrible attitude. my parents in law go to this store to pay their bill. Not any longer. Bye bye. Stick to corporate stores!

***Update: Store made it right and refunded the cost of the case we did not want to keep. Thank you. ***
Be very careful buying a phone at this store. We were told cases were free with our phones, so picked them out. My husband picked one he did not really like. Clerk said she just had to scan them to "get them out of inventory". We were not provided with any receipts until I went back to the store a few days later and asked for one, and realized we paid for the cases. Tried returning my husband's case and store refused to take it back. Said there is no way to do it in the system. Certainly charged us for them easily enough. Bad way to conduct business. Very bad.

The Bomb Service ... Super professional & he help me, educated me as I knew hardly nothing about yahoo download, FB. Me & my grandbaby feel like Santa Claus brought us a new toy with the wisdom to operate. Sooooo happy & grateful. He took his time with us. Gracias

All berwyn employes are very nice to me . They greet me once i walk in the door. Very respectfull really love their service . Veronica and israel always the most helpfull very smart . Love coming to this store because of them .

Israel S is a scam artist. Threw in a watch in my uncles bill, didn’t give him a Receipt and charged him an extra 110.74 and lied, said the watch came with the phone. Hopefully you don’t work there full time, stay safe out there Israel

I worked with Israel on a technical issue regarding my androids Sim card. He was super patient and receptive the whole time i was in the shop. He fixed my problem quickly, where other vendors could not. This will be my new go too cricket vendor. I'm incredibly grateful for their business.
