Went on a Sunday, could not enter, could not reach anyone. Recording and website say the gate hours are from 6:30 am to 10pm today. This is pretty annoying as I had planned to access my stuff today. Otherwise, it has been open as expected and overall fine.

Hi, the customer service is always great! However, the increase in monthly charges is ridiculous, especially for long term customers. Who wants to keep moving from place to place every two months or so because the price has increased tremendously.
