The people are not friendly, they do not explain anything, they have a metal detector that no bank I have seen has, the bank in Austin is much more professional.

Walked in asked if they had a coin changer lady who spoke to me said this branch didn’t. Said jewel Osco had one I obviously know that. I was asking her if another 53rd branch had a coin changer and she said I have no idea none of them close by do. I asked her if she could check on the system, and she said she had no way of doing that when I have been to other 53rd branches, and they are able to look for that information for the customers didn’t bother to ask her her name extremely rude with an ugly attitude I hope she reads this review
If you don’t like working, or speaking to people, look for a different job

I have no choice....I have to make drops here for my job.I've been coming here for six years.They have lied to me about hiw many deposits I can bring in at ince because of thwir high foot traffic. They also handle other guests WHILE I AM THE ONE thwy are taking care of. I am on the clock when I maoe these drops and the next person simply needs to wait. I help run a million dollar store in the mall and ALSO have to deal with long lines. Last few times I was in I was not greeted. Today I was yelled at because someone came in behind me in the metal detector. I froze ain oanic and they yelled for me to step through again. They haven't had the decency to kearn my name in the years I have been coming other than the tall skinny manager with long brown hair and glasses ...she is respectful to me.

I wanted to set up a new bank account with this bank and they are super unorganized, one of the female personal bankers I spoke to today on the phone was super rude and not helpful at all (had a know-it attitude and wouldn't verify her credibility). I wouldn't recommend trying to give this bank the business. I also tried to come in person to provide sufficient documents a couple of days ago and was told to come back another day by one of the bank tellers.

The teller is too busy to have a withdrawal slip, so she kicked me out of line while other went ahead of me. Glad personal banker stepped up to the plate and completed my transaction.8-12-22 2:32PN

Moved here from out of state and was looking for a local bank nearby. We chose this one for a promotion they had. Janet was very helpful and pleasant today in helping my husband and I get set up with checking accounts.
