Walked in and didn't have an appointment. The woman at the front desk took care of me right away in setting me up with a tax analyst. Laverne, my tax analyst, was amazing. She answered my questions and was very sweet. Made my first time go to a H&R block site worth it.

The tax preparer, Miguel Jimenez was rude to me. He asked me a creepy question that made me uncomfortable and also said other unnecessary and unprofessional things to me too. I will NOT be returning back here next year!
