Myself and my husband went to the Hillside IL, location. Made our appointment back to back. Victor Banks was our tax preparer. He was wonderful. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Itwas my husbands first time. Iv had my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt as long as I can remember. First time Iv ever remembered the preparers name or thought to leave a review. He should be recognized. Thank you Victor for your time and patience. See ya next year.
