I called the branch for info.
My strong suggestion is for the rep to speak slower and clearer. I'm 82 yrs and harder to hear and understand what she's saying. So ,pls remind them abour us Seniors handicap. Otherwise the staff are nice and helpful. Thank you for listening.

Dr Suen is such a pleasant person, I look forward to seeing her every annual exam. And Jackie is an amazing person, she spent her valuable time helping me. And Olivia is great as well! I love you all.

I called LensCrafters on a Monday to schedule an eye appointment for Wednesday. The woman I spoke to was polite and mentioned that she was almost certain my insurance was accepted, but asked me to call back Wednesday morning to confirm.
When Wednesday arrived, I called as instructed. There was a loud buzzing noise on the line, and I let the woman know I couldn't hear her clearly. She said, “One moment, let me switch phones.” I waited 7 minutes for her to come back on another phone, which was already frustrating—but I let it go.
Once she returned, she told me my appointment was for Thursday, not Wednesday, which was incorrect. When I questioned it, she put me on a “brief” hold to double-check—that hold lasted another 10 minutes. When she finally got back on the line, she told me they don’t accept my insurance after all.
So not only was the appointment date wrong, but I was also told—after wasting my time—that I couldn’t even be seen due to insurance issues that should’ve been clarified much earlier.
While I understand stores can get busy, this kind of disorganization and lack of clear communication is unacceptable. If the call volume is high, more staff should be available to handle it. Between the long holds, appointment confusion, and poor customer service, the entire experience was incredibly unprofessional.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location.

Dr. Suen might be the nicest person I've ever met. She makes you feel comfortable during the exam and takes time to explain everything she's doing. I can't recommend her enough.

Olivia and Jackie , whoever hired them mad e best decision a business can make . I never been so happy spending a bunch of money in my whole life. They have the best personality i ever experienced in a store, i hope the money i spent goes in there pockets in the form of a raise 👍🏾

The underwire on my glasses to hold the lens in broke last night and I did not purchase these from LensCrafter I went over this morning when they opened they had me back out the door in less than 10 minutes didn't charge me great people courteous you just can't find places like that anymore I recommend that I'm 110%

This place is great. The staff explains their policies and insurance coverage very well. Dr. Suen is an incredible eye doctor that makes you feel very welcome and is incredibly hospitable. I definitely recommend this place if you want the best service.

On may 7th the person who answered was Rude and unprofessional. I called to ask questions before stopping in and the woman who answered was the worst person who could’ve answered. Stated well this Lens crafters doesn’t do what the others do and she’s right because she was the rudest person to answer with her demeanor and tone. I drove to my go to which was an hour away just to not deal with this specific one because of her attitude.
