I’m very disappointed in this place. If I can give it a 0 I will. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! I’ve been a valuable customer for a while and never had any issues. I went in today to get a pedicure and a full set. The owner older man sitting in the front desk which he states he’s not took the owner took care of me. Mind you he has done my nails before and only lasted me two weeks I decided to give him a second chance because he was the only one available. I started to notice my nails were so uneven obviously noticeable and stated it to him. I don’t think he understood that they were uneven and said I don’t know what to tell you. He supposedly tried to fix them but they looked the same. I was not satisfied and agreed to remove them. I then said can I get my pedicure and said no you are too picky and the girls don’t have time to do them. There were no customers just me. He didn’t attempt to rectify the situation and does not know how to take constructive criticism lightly and becomes very hostile and rude because he’s in the wrong. Never stepping a foot there again.

Just a tad disappointed … went in with overgrown toenails on purpose so it would be easy to shape properly. Left one is perfect and square… the right one… let’s not talk about that… I mainly wanted to just give them a try since they were near me and closed at 8. $30 for pedi, plus tip.

i really appreciate how this place never fails me. i’ve been to many places and none have given the experience they have here. they’re gentle with my nails and provide check ins before continuing.

Called to make sure they would be careful with my toes nails since I'm diabetic but I got hung up on. Discriminating against ppl with a disability will be your ruin.

ricky was nice but i got a full set of acrylics and they are all different shapes and super uneven. Literally so wonky i dont think im coming back here 😭 i paid 50 dollars

poor customer service - communication is poor - asked for polish change on feet - and tech started the bath to get a soak. I flagged tech and Ricky - and reminded (them) - just polish change - Ricky became indignant and yelled and said you should've said something earlier - I was confused because it was exactly what I did.
He told me to "leave and not pay for my manicure" but I insisted on paying for the service of the manicure which I did and walked out. Haven't been back since! Maybe he was having a bad day but I expect to have a stress-free service and not be insulted or a target to release his frustration!

The last time I went which was in May I went for a pedi everything was good loved the service until maybe 2 days after my feet starting itching and it was something new to me but noticed it right away and they have not stopped with the itchiness I hope they are cleaning their utensils throughly

I called two different nail salons before I called this place and they were able to take me on a Friday evening for a pedicure. This was amazing because this is the Suenos weekend so I’m going to a music festival after this. Nancy did my pedicure she was extremely amazing, diligent and precise. She also helped me pick my color cause I couldn’t decide between three different pinks. She also was able to get me in for eyebrows and upper lip and all of this under 60 I did no chip for my pedicure. I will most definitely come back.

Worst place the guy by the desk did my nails all I asked was no chip not only he made my nails super small he painted them as if my toddler was painting them I had polish all over my fingers terrible service it just lasted one day I came back he said no refund I told him to have someone else fix it and he declined and just added another coat of paint on top of the messed up one

the lady that helped me didnt really know what she was doing, messed up my nails a couple of times. she was also rude. I just got my nails done on Friday and one of them broke off when i barely did anything. not going here again

The last visit was awful & will not be returning. I tried to ask a question about a color with two different ladies & they blantonly ignored me, so I just left. They act like you are supposed to freely give them your money, sit down & shut up. Awkward enough, to say what you want.

Not the friendliest service. They never really seem to understand what I want even when I take pictures. My no chip looks horrible on the side of the nail. Gave this place a second chance and truly regret it.
